To support its "Manufacturing Support within the HSE Group" department, UCB Farchim SA in Bulle, Switzerland is looking for a 6-month (with the possibility of a 2-month extension) :
Environment & HSE System Intern
As part of the site's activity development, the HSE department wishes to strengthen regulatory compliance and improve environmental management by updating its tools and processes.
Main missions:
- Regulatory watch:
- Implement and adapt the new HSE regulatory watch tool.
- Identify and integrate applicable legal requirements.
- Environmental documentation:
- Update and structure documents related to environmental aspects (action plans, SOPs).
- Ensure traceability and compliance of information.
- Environmental analysis:
- Participate in the analysis of environmental risks and monitoring of action plans.
- Collect field data in collaboration with operational teams.
- Communicate and motivate non-specialized teams for a pragmatic and effective approach.
Desired profile:
- Student in engineering, HSE, environment or related field.
- Interest in Swiss and European regulations regarding safety and environment.
- Autonomy, rigor, analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, Word, SharePoint).
- Excellent communication and simplification skills.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry (GMP environment) is a plus,
- Organization and project management.
- French mandatory and English as a plus
Key skills:
- Knowledge of HSE regulations.
- Ability to work in a team and interact with diverse stakeholders.
We offer a paid internship in a dynamic environment for approximately 6 months (with the possibility of an additional 2 months); starting date: negotiable according to availability.
