Are you passionate about technology? At ISS you keep modern buildings running. As a building technician, you ensure that electrical systems or HVACSE systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electrical) always function perfectly – for more comfort, safety and efficiency.

What to expect

• Ensuring the smooth operation of building technology (HVAC)
• Carrying out maintenance, inspection and repair work
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems
• Monitoring systems as well as control rounds including reporting
• Coordinating craftsmen and processing tickets (CAFM)
• Support in technical all-round service (e.g. relocations, winter service, site maintenance)

What you bring

• Completed training in the field of building technology / HVACSE or similar
• Experience in technical building maintenance is an advantage
• Independent, solution-oriented and reliable working style
• Enjoyment of customer contact and a high level of service awareness
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
• Willingness for on-call duty
