Activation Specialist

• You are responsible for professional, person-centered activation therapy and daily life design according to the Thurvita concept
• You independently plan and conduct individual as well as group activities
• You promote and maintain the remaining abilities of the residents
• You support the nursing staff in their activation tasks
• You accompany excursions and events 
• You participate in projects and working groups

• You support our practice managers in the practical training of our HF students in the field of activation

• The joy and flair for dealing with elderly people are unmistakable
• A degree as an HF specialist is not mandatory; the diploma training of Lea (level 2 + 3) or a FAB/FAA degree (Medi Bern) is also possible 
• Your organizational talent excites us

• Your PC and iPad user skills are solid

• You represent team colleagues in case of illness and vacation absence in an uncomplicated and flexible manner, if necessary also beyond the agreed workload
