Job Description
As an intern, you will work in a well-coordinated, multilingual environment and support the International Medical Coordination Team in the financial and administrative back office. In addition, you will work daily with various financial and administrative systems (e.g., Opale, Business Central) and gain valuable insights into international patient processes, accounting, and data management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in the financial and administrative back office, including tracking invoices from partners, doctors, and external service providers
- Finalizing patient invoices and tracking payments, including dunning processes
- Maintaining and updating data in Opale, Business Central, and other systems
- Close collaboration with the finance departments of Genolier Patient Services, the Bethanien Private Clinic, and other clinics of the Swiss Medical Network
- Assisting with reports, evaluations, process optimizations, and system tests
- General administrative support to relieve the International Medical Coordination
Qualifications
- Conscientious, efficient, and precise working style
- Quick comprehension as well as networked and structured thinking
- High resilience and pronounced hands-on mentality
- Very good IT skills (especially complete Microsoft Office suite)
- Good flair for administrative tasks and a confident understanding of numbers
- German fluent in spoken and written; good French and English skills
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland (approx. 1–2 times per month)
