What you will achieve with us
As a house supervisor, you take on an important role: you ensure that the house rules are followed, order is maintained, and a harmonious coexistence prevails. You are a reliable contact person and take responsibility. You think ahead, are empathetic, but also assertive.Your tasks:
- Ensuring house rules: You make sure that quiet hours are observed and the house rules are respected.
- Regular rounds: Checking corridors, common areas, and outdoor spaces – from waste separation to order & safety.
- Contact person for our employees: You are visibly on site, have an open ear, and convey clear, fair rules.
- Support in living together: You mediate calmly and firmly in minor everyday problems.
- Collaboration with the technical manager: You report technical defects and ensure that everything is passed on in a structured manner.
- Snow removal: Operation of the available snow blower as well as clearing work around the building as needed.
- Responsibility on site: Since you live in the house yourself, you have a feel for what is currently required – without around-the-clock deployment, but with natural attentiveness.
- Period of assignment: 15.03. - 18.04.2026
