Your Tasks
We are looking for you as a health professional or certified nursing specialist, either in the day shift or as a night watch. Caring for people with dementia is an enriching challenge and at the same time a fulfilling task for you. Within your area of expertise, you plan and organize the daily routine of our residents and ensure holistic and individualized care as well as professional support. You also ensure correct electronic nursing documentation and apply the RAI system according to nursing standards. As an important contact person, you support our residents and their relatives. In the day shift, you take responsibility for planning and carrying out the daily care and support processes. As a night watch, your main tasks include monitoring and implementing night care, administering prescribed medications, as well as other medical and administrative duties.
Your Profile
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS) or secondary level (FaGe, FaBe, DNI, FASRK, elderly care worker, home care worker, etc.)
- Experience in long-term care
- Experience in dealing with people with dementia
- Independence and initiative
- Flexibility and resilience
- Communication skills
