Welcome to the rural Oberaargau. At Melchnau School, around 220 students are taught in a total of eleven classes. Two kindergarten classes, two classes each for grades 1/2, 3/4, and 5/6, and three secondary classes from 7th to 9th grade. The classes in cycle 3 are managed in the 3b model. Since the current position holder wants to take on a new task, we are looking for a teacher to complete our cycle 3 team again.

Tasks
You teach German at the basic level, music, ERG, and RZG.
The allocation of the workload and the final distribution of subjects are negotiable and can be agreed upon in a joint discussion.
Our model requires close collaboration within the cycle 3 team.
You help organize and carry out camps and career choice events.
As part of your employment, you commit to the well-being of the school and engage in whole-school events and projects.
Requirements
You have the teaching qualification for secondary level or are in training for it.
You enjoy working in a team, are an independent, resilient, and reliable person, and enjoy working with adolescents. You see the diversity of learners as an opportunity.
