Job Description
During the main treaty renewal period (October – December), the main task is the risk analysis for various types of P&C reinsurance treaties (proportional / non-proportional) for the markets written out of the Cologne / Zurich offices. These markets include Germany, Netherlands, Nordic countries, Eastern Europe South and South Med, Eastern Europe North, Switzerland, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia. Outside the main treaty renewal period, the main tasks are collecting and preparing data for market models and the analysis of this market data to come up with specific market parameters, particularly for Motor Third Party Liability.
Responsibilities
You will support the P&C pricing team Cologne/Zurich during the renewal and outside renewal periods.
You will help with the risk analysis of various types of reinsurance treaties in different markets during renewal.
You will help with data collection, data preparation and data analysis for various market models outside renewal.
Qualifications
You have strong interest to pursue a career in the actuarial field.
You have strong pragmatic problem-solving capabilities.
You work logical, organised, and attentive.
You like working in an international team.
You like to communicate and are fluent in English; German would be an asset.
Required Education
Studies in Mathematics, Physics, Actuarial Sciences or in a similar subject.
