You can make a difference
- Operation, monitoring, and setup of production plants and machines according to manufacturing instructions
- Independent operation of autoclaves (sterilization equipment) as well as control of sterilization processes
- Execution of production, filling, and packaging tasks according to GMP guidelines
- Ensuring equipment hygiene and compliance with all safety and quality regulations
- Internal ordering and preparation of raw and consumable materials
- Recording and documentation of production steps according to GMP and ISO guidelines
- Assistance in error detection and troubleshooting in plant operation
What you bring with you
- Technical understanding and experience in handling production plants and machines, ideally in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry
- Experience in operating autoclaves is an advantage
- Willingness to work shifts and flexibility in working hours
- Reliable, precise, and responsible working style
- Teamwork skills and high commitment
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
