Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing (CNC Milling including Setup)

Activities

Estimating setup and processing times
Ideally, you can make small adjustments in Mastercam yourself
Loading programs and setting up the machine
Setting up and operating CNC machines / initial sample inspection
Choosing predetermined tools and running in the program

Requirements

In this role, you are embedded in a small team responsible for manufacturing our milled and drilled parts. CNC machines with Mazatrol and Fanuc controls are available to you. Accuracy up to 10um is daily business. Your basic technical
understanding enables you to perform these tasks independently from drawings. You are a professional and want to apply your skills
