Job description:
As a system administrator, you will play a key role in the maintenance and evolution of our IT infrastructures. You will manage, monitor, and optimize servers, networks, and cloud services to ensure the reliability and security of our clients' systems. This position will involve working on diverse projects, ranging from configuring new environments to resolving advanced technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain server systems and cloud solutions (e.g., Azure, Exoscale).
- Manage virtualization environments (VMware, AHV, and Hyper-V).
- Monitor and optimize system performance, identify and resolve incidents.
- Actively participate in cybersecurity recommendations to ensure the protection of systems and sensitive information.
- Participate in infrastructure projects, including migrations, integrations, and deployments of new and innovative solutions.
- Write procedures and technical documentation.
- Document interventions, provide regular feedback, and maintain a quality client relationship with a professional and client-oriented service mindset.
Profile sought:
- At least 3 years of experience as a system administrator.
- Mastery of virtualization environments (ideally VMware and AHV).
- Knowledge of cloud and on-premise service management (Windows Server, Linux, Office 365, Intune, Sharepoint).
- Strong sense of IT security and cybersecurity.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team while being autonomous.
- French, English, German a plus
