Dipl. Nursing Specialist Long-Term Care (60-100%)
Your area of responsibility
- Daily responsibility in our Alberti nursing home
- Responsibility as a contact person and design of the care process involving residents and their relatives
- Support of the physical, social and psychological well-being of the residents
- Work in direct care and support of employees in complex care situations
- Carrying out care assessments according to BESA
- Competent participation in medical rounds
Your profile
- Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF or equivalent diploma or the Swiss recognition for foreign diplomas
- Several years of professional experience in this role and experience in geriatrics/psychiatry/palliative care
- Very good oral and written German skills
- High social competence and commitment to constructive, interprofessional collaboration
- Independence, sense of responsibility and flexibility
- Strong communication skills, team-oriented and able to handle complex stress situations in everyday life
