Spitex AareGürbetal AG is a non-profit Spitex organization. We support people in 11 municipalities in the Aare and Gürbetal regions with care and advice as well as housekeeping.

Your tasks 

• You implement the care process in close collaboration with the case-leading nursing specialist HF/FH for clients of all ages.
• You take responsibility as a reference person and support relatives if needed.
• You ensure seamless documentation of the care process.
• If interested, you accompany and guide trainees in their training process.

What distinguishes you

• You have completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or an equivalent qualification with Swiss recognition and possibly already have Spitex experience.
• You are service-oriented and enjoy working independently.
• You demonstrate high professionalism and calmness in challenging situations.
• You hold a category B driving license (Spitex car available).
