Your tasks:

• You take on a central role in approval projects for our household appliances and support the entire team
• You obtain all technical documents (certificates, data sheets, confirmations) for the implementation and release of the desired approval and ensure that the documents are up to date
• You create approval parts lists in our ERP system
• You compile the necessary technical documentation for the approval and support the management and maintenance of the approval documents in our system
• You are in close contact with internal and external departments (development, sales, suppliers, and approval laboratories) and provide professional support for approval questions

Your profile:

• You have completed a basic technical education at EFZ level or have a commercial education (e.g., technical clerk)
• You can look back on professional experience (> 5 years) in an industrial or technical environment
• Ideally, you have completed a higher technical school, e.g., as a technician HF
• You work precisely, structured, and independently
• You are a team player and resilient
• You are comfortable with IT systems (MS Office, ERP) and like to use digital tools
• You have very good German skills in spoken and written form; English skills (level B2 required) complement your profile

For our customers, we develop and produce the best devices. To ensure these devices reach the market safely and in compliance with standards, our 16-member "Product Compliance and Standardization" team is committed daily. Reinforcement is sought as a team member will soon retire.
