About the job
We are seeking experienced Promotional Review lawyers with at least 5 years of in-house legal experience in the life sciences industry.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal reviews of promotional materials and activities for medical device products to ensure compliance with FDA regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, regulatory affairs, and compliance, to develop compliant and effective promotional strategies.
- Provide legal guidance on advertising, labeling, and promotional activities across various media platforms, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Stay informed of industry trends, legal developments, and regulatory changes affecting medical device marketing and promotion.
- Participate in promotional review committees, providing legal oversight and guidance on marketing initiatives and materials.
- Assist in the development and delivery of internal policies and training programs related to promotional activities for medical devices.
- Identify potential risks in promotional activities and recommend mitigation strategies to minimize legal exposure.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of legal experience advising the life sciences industry, with a focus on medical devices.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and commercial contracting within the med device industry.
- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills with the ability to convey complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Active admission to practice law in your state of primary residence.
Compensation, Benefits & Location:
This role offers a range of competitive compensation starting at $135,000 and a highly competitive benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace that includes health benefits, 401K and more. Axiomites predominately work remotely, with the exception that some clients require on-site presence.
