Clerk Dispatch / Secretariat (m/f/d)

Workplace: St.Gallen-Winkeln
What to expect
- Scheduling all types of tests (driving and vehicle tests)
- Recording test results and modifying vehicle licenses
- Rescheduling appointments (by phone and email)
- Planning traffic expert deployments and supporting the department in administrative matters
- Administrative and organizational secretarial tasks
- Providing information by phone and in writing
What distinguishes you
- Completed technical basic training with commercial further education, ideally in the automotive sector or dispatch
- Several years of professional experience
- Experience in customer contact and customer-oriented personality
- Good knowledge of modern IT tools and Office applications
- Teamwork skills, resilience, and flexibility
- Independent, structured, and interdisciplinary working style and motivated to actively shape changes in workflows in a customer- and needs-oriented manner
- Very good written and oral expression
