Introduction

VIVA LUX GmbH is a production company specializing in large-scale immersive shows combining video mapping, light and live performance.

We are currently recruiting 8 Front of House Agents for an immersive show taking place in Zurich (Kirche Enge) from 1 May 2026. The role involves welcoming spectators, checking tickets, guiding the audience, assisting with seating and helping ensure a smooth and safe visitor experience during performances. Missions

In this role, you will welcome spectators, check and scan tickets, provide information, guide guests to the correct areas, assist with seating and help manage audience flow before, during and after performances. You will also contribute to maintaining a smooth, safe and welcoming environment for all visitors.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is reliable, well-presented, customer-oriented and comfortable interacting with large audiences in a live event environment. Previous experience in hospitality, events, guest services or customer service is a plus.

Language requirements are very important for this position: fluent German and good English are required, as the audience is local and international. French is a plus, as the production team is French, although daily coordination on site can be carried out in English. Candidates must therefore feel comfortable working in a multilingual environment.

Availabilty

From 1 May 2026, up to 5 days per week (2 to 3 performances per day), from Wednesday to Sunday, plus public holidays, with shifts in the afternoon and evening (maximum daily working span: 8 hours).
