Your Tasks
- Support the 72 residents together with a colleague during the night from 8:45 p.m. to 7:15 a.m. and be the contact person for the residents and the on-call professionals in the neighborhood living
- Perform the tasks as a night watch professional according to internal guidelines
- 20% leadership of the night watch team (conduct development discussions, planning, hold team meetings, participate in the area meetings of the residential home offer management)
- Recruitment in cooperation with the residential area management and leadership of the professionals of the residential offer
Your Profile
- Training in social pedagogy, social work, or nursing education (HF or FH)
- Further education in management/leadership (CAS) or willingness to complete it
- Experience working with people with a mental impairment
- Ability to lead a team of about 10 employees, provide professional advice and support, and review, evaluate, and adjust the structures of the night watch in consultation with the residential area management
