The Téléverbier Group offers its clients (1 million skier days/year) one of the largest ski areas in Switzerland with its 38 lifts and slopes at 3300m altitude. During peak season, it employs nearly 500 staff members.
An Events-Animations Coordinator at 80% - 100%
We are looking for, for our commercial department:
Your missions:
- Manage events and animations organized by Téléverbier SA, both winter and summer;
- Participate in the development of new events and animations in line with the company strategy;
- Coordinate events and animations organized by external partners on the ski area for Téléverbier SA;
- Manage and develop musical animations in the restaurants of the Téléverbier SA ski area;
- Participate in event organizing committees as needed and requested;
- Organize and participate in sales promotions outside (fairs, partnerships, etc.);
- Manage materials for sales and event promotion;
- Participate in content creation for social networks;
- Support the marketing team according to projects and needs.
Your profile:
- Have experience in event organization;
- Strong sense of organization and priority management;
- Perfect command of MS Office computer tools;
- Very good knowledge of English and German would be an asset;
- Good stress resistance;
- Very good knowledge of the region and the ski area;
- Flexible in work schedule planning;
- Ability to lead projects and manage staff.
