Tasks

We are a nursing home committed to dementia care as well as palliative care in primary care for 84 people aged 18 and over. The care concept is based on relationship-centered care in the maieutic sense.
We are looking for an agreement
Your main tasks
You are jointly responsible for the professional care and support of the residents from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. You ensure the forwarding of essential information and correct documentation.
Your profile
You have training as an assistant in health and social care or have already completed a course as an SRK nursing assistant. You are an open personality and enjoy working independently. You have at least two years of experience in long-term care. Preferably, you have knowledge of palliative care and the RAI/RUG system or are willing and motivated to acquire it. You have PC user skills. You have very good oral and written German skills and understand the Swiss German language.
