The main department of Technology & Logistics, with its Project Management & Engineering division, is primarily responsible for innovations in the police environment, the continuous development and modernization of work tools, and the optimization of processes.

Specialist in Corporate Development & Controlling (m/f/d)

What to expect
- Conducting cost-benefit analyses, profitability calculations, and building control cockpits
- Budget planning, monitoring, and financial controlling in close coordination with department heads
- Analysis of project budgets, identification of savings potentials, and preparation of financial reports
- Support for project managers as well as sparring partners for main department and department heads
- Identification of trends and risks as well as derivation of recommendations for action regarding financial development
- Analysis, further development, and implementation of business processes and service management tools
- Participation in strategic initiatives, including preparation and execution of workshops and presentations
What distinguishes you
- Completed university or university of applied sciences degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in corporate development, financial planning, or process optimization
- Strong analytical and interconnected thinking skills and the ability to present complex issues clearly
- Independent and development-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
