Executive Assistant for Executive & Board Secretariat (a) 80–100%
starting May 1, 2026, or by arrangement at Emmental Hospital.
Your role and mission
Together with the head of the executive secretariat, you form the executive secretariat – including the executive and board secretariat. You are a well-coordinated duo that strengthens, supports, and represents each other. As the central administrative hub of hospital management, you ensure that no chaos arises even under operational pressure and hectic conditions.
- You are the central administrative support for the CEO, executive management, and thus a key person for the entire hospital. You have full control over appointment coordination, document management, prioritization, and information management
- Executive and board meetings? From preparation through minute-taking during evening meetings to follow-up, the administrative threads come together with you – reliably, structured, and on time
- You are often involved in hospital-wide and confidential matters: You provide administrative support for cross-departmental projects, hospital-wide events, legal services, quality management, transformation and digitalization, and for our subsidiaries

Your path to us
