Sales Operator 100% (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• You are responsible for the complete order processing – from recording to delivery – ensuring error-free maintenance of the CRM and ERP systems

• You work closely with the inside sales team, field sales, purchasing, and logistics and support the team with administrative as well as operational tasks

• You create offers for general customers and continuously optimize order and processing procedures to increase efficiency

• You manage the reception (satellite) and take on deputizing roles within the inside sales team according to the line manager's instructions

Your Talents and Experience

• You have completed commercial or technical training, ideally with experience in sales operations, order processing, or inside sales

• You have confident German language skills in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage

• You are independent and have a structured and solution-oriented working style and are characterized by communication and organizational strengths

• You have good knowledge of ERP and CRM systems as well as office programs
