In Wiesenhaus live people with particularly demanding care needs. We offer eight KBS places (KBS = Coordination and Counseling Center for extremely demanding placements) in a psychiatric setting that meet the specific needs of the residents.

The position is to be filled from October 1, 2025, or by agreement.
This is your task
You design and accompany the individual daily structure of the residents and support them in challenging situations. You take over the administration of medications, document the care process, and participate in the assessment according to BESA. Interdisciplinary collaboration is important to you, and you ensure that care and nursing meet current standards and legal requirements.

Your organizational and communication skills help you manage your tasks constructively.
