Head of Lecturer Management and Study Program Planning (80%)
In this position, you will take responsibility for the leadership and further development of our
lecturers and teachers as well as the planning and organization of our study programs. Together with the program managers, educational counseling, and other departments, you ensure the quality, organization, and further development of our offerings. Your main workplace is Zurich, occasionally also Bern and St. Gallen (one day home office possible).
You bring with you
Several years of teaching experience in vocational education
Experience in planning, organization, administration, and examination management
Leadership skills and experience in personnel management
Affinity for digital innovations and AI-supported tools
Strong communication skills, networked thinking, open to new things
Organizational talent, resilience, and independence
Customer- and service-oriented, reliable and responsible
