- Independent management of the kitchen and ensuring smooth operations
- Assistance with the purchase of fresh products as well as correct storage and inventory management
- Co-responsible for quality standards in the kitchen
- Cooking and sending dishes for daily operations
- Assistance in planning offers for lunch service as well as à la carte
- Co-responsible for cleanliness in the kitchen and assigned storage rooms
- Compliance with HACCP, food law, and food regulations
- Daily and periodic cleaning and dishwashing tasks
- Active and good information exchange with the head chef

- Completed EFZ cook apprenticeship is an advantage
- First professional experience as a cook
- Solid technical and product knowledge
- Good oral and written German skills
