The digital workplace of Zürcher Kantonalbank is on its way to the Microsoft 365 world. Our Unified Communication team is responsible for building MS Teams as a company-wide communication and collaboration platform. This also includes the migration of our users and telephony subsystems to the Microsoft 365 solution. For this project, we are looking for a committed individual who will help shape the transition to the Microsoft 365 cloud for the digital workplace with their expertise.

Your tasks

Active participation in the definition and implementation of MS Teams as a central communication and collaboration platform with a focus on telephony
Integrating existing and new communication components into MS Teams in close collaboration with the specialist department, architecture, and network engineering
Planning and implementing the migration of today's Skype for Business telephony and conferencing functionalities to the Microsoft 365 cloud
Continuously further developing MS Teams according to the requirements of our product management, our IT security, and the entire company
Ensuring that MS Teams meets our high security and operational requirements today and in the future

Your profile

Completed university education is an advantage as well as several years of experience in building and operating MS Teams as a central communication platform in complex environments
Experience and good knowledge of MS Teams subsystems such as Session Border Controller (SBC), SIP gateways (Spectralink DECT), hardphones (IP phones, headsets), connection to a central number management, or integration of a voice recording solution
Strong analytical and conceptual skills and a high degree of initiative as well as a pronounced sense of responsibility characterize you
You never lose your footing even in a demanding environment and are used to working in an agile environment with various stakeholders
Very good German skills (at least C1)
