Hexagon’s Geosystems division provides digital solutions that capture, measure and visualise the physical world, enabling data-driven transformation.

Hexagon is driving the digital transformation across Geosystems division by implementing modern processes, scalable ways of working, and impactful software solutions. To strengthen our delivery capabilities, we are looking for a Project Manager who combines hands-on project leadership with a passion for agile transformation.

Project Manager – Digital Transformation (f/m/d)

• You lead high-impact projects end-to-end within ourDigitalisation Program.
• You coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure smooth execution across work packages, timelines, and deliverables.
• You apply agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) to deliver measurable value and foster modern, collaborative team dynamics.
• You monitor progress using KPIs and metrics and communicate transparently with stakeholders and leadership.
• You drive continuous improvement by integrating practical insights into processes, frameworks, and enterprise project practices.
• You support the PMO in building our target operating model and scalable governance structures.
• You coach teams transitioning to agile ways of working and enable iterative,self-organised collaboration.
• You facilitate agile ceremonies, including PI Planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• You coordinate alignment across business domains (HR, Finance, Logistics, IT), ensuring shared priorities andsynchronised goals.
• You actively contribute to our cultural transformation, helping to shape an agile, digital-first mindset across the organisation.

This is you

• You bring several years of experience in project management, ideally in a digital transformation or software/tech environment.
• You are confident in applying agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and enjoy helping teams grow these capabilities.
• You are skilled at coordinating complex, cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholders.
• You work in a structured, proactive way and thrive in dynamic environments with evolving priorities.
• You are an excellent communicator who builds trust, drives alignment, and manages expectations with clarity.
• You think strategically and can translate high-level goals into actionable plans and tangible deliverables.
• You enjoy improving processes and contributing to organizational development.
• You are fluent in English and German.
