Clerk Construction (80-100%)
The tasks are extremely diverse and mainly include clerical work in the field of building construction. You manage building applications in both the regular and notification procedures and are responsible for the reporting procedures of solar and thermal technical systems. In addition, you support the head of the construction department in administrative matters of the civil engineering area, manage house numbers, administer GVZ valuations, process payments, and are responsible for fee accounting. Furthermore, you take over the meeting management of the construction committee as well as the nature conservation and energy commissions and work closely with other municipal employees.
You have completed commercial training, preferably with experience in a municipal administration. Knowledge in building construction or civil engineering is an advantage. You work independently, structured, and responsibly and convince through teamwork, communication skills, and flexibility. Confident handling of MS Office is required; knowledge of specialized software, especially CMI (including CMI Construction) and InnosolvCity, completes your profile.
