Do you enjoy systematically analyzing complex processes and improving them in a targeted way? Would you like to apply and share your knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and other quality methods in practice?
Then this position is ideal for you! In this cross-departmental role, you will work closely with specialist departments in production, engineering, and quality assurance, thus making a sustainable contribution to continuous improvement.
What tasks will you take on?
You will:
- apply and further develop proven quality methods, standards, and guidelines (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, VSM) along the entire value chain.
- analyze value creation processes, identify improvement potentials, and develop sustainable solutions.
- support colleagues in the company in applying these methods and review their results.
- design and conduct training for these methods by developing innovative learning formats such as interactive trainings, simulations, or business games.
What do we expect from you?
You:
- have a completed university degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- hold a certification as Six Sigma Green or Black Belt.
- have experience and enjoy conducting internal training on LEAN methods as well as moderating FMEA workshops.
- ideally already have practical experience in moderating P-FMEA and applying methods for quality planning & assurance.
- are characterized by analytical and process-oriented thinking.
- are communicative, structured, and enjoy working with different teams.
