Your Tasks
In this versatile role, you are responsible for receiving technical defects at the six Spitex locations and clarifying who is responsible for fixing them. You are the contact person for our employees at the locations – friendly, solution-oriented, and with an open ear.
You assess technical or infrastructural problems and evaluate the further course of action. You carry out simple repairs independently; otherwise, you coordinate the work with external specialists. You manage our vehicle fleet (cars and e-bikes) – from service checks to minor maintenance work to handing over to workshops.
In addition, you work closely with the Purchasing & Infrastructure department and help to make our work environment functional and pleasant.
Your Profile
- Manual skills and technical understanding
- Ideally, some experience in the infrastructural field (e.g., janitorial services, technical service, logistics, facility management)
- Enjoyment in contact with people and a service-oriented attitude
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
- Flexibility and willingness to move between locations in the city of Bern (by public transport, e-bike, or car)
