• Care and treatment of patients in a broad acute medical spectrum of internal medicine, surgery, and traumatology including all subspecialties
• Taking over shift management and close cooperation with the interprofessional emergency team as well as the follow-up doctors
• Supervision, training, and leadership of assistant doctors
• Participation in processes and further development of the emergency center

• Specialist title in General Internal Medicine (Swiss or recognized) with an interdisciplinary focus on Clinical Emergency Medicine SGNOR or interest in acquiring it
• High performance and commitment as well as experience in an interdisciplinary emergency department
• Enthusiasm and dedication for guiding and supporting assistant doctors as well as interprofessional collaboration
• Process-oriented thinking and acting, good organizational skills, and high initiative
• Strong social and communication skills and enjoyment of a demanding and lively work environment
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least B2 language certificate) and ideally foreign language skills
