Your tasks – shape more

Advising private clients in the areas of finances (account and card offerings), saving, investing, and retirement planning
Identifying potential and determining needs
Scheduling appointments by phone and conducting comprehensive advisory conversations
Accompanying our clientele into the digital world
Acquiring new clients and recognizing and conveying further customer needs
Handling cash transactions, currency exchange, and precious metal transactions as well as managing ATMs
Option to take on the role of practical trainer

Your profile – bring more

Completed commercial banking apprenticeship or equivalent training
Experience in consulting and selling financial basic products
Enjoyment in active customer consulting and affinity for digital channels
Communicative, trustworthy demeanor and a confident appearance
You score points with your high acquisition, sales, and service orientation
English, French, Italian, or other languages are an advantage
