Team Leader IT & Support Generalist 80-100%
As a Team Leader IT, you not only help operationally to keep our systems running but also coordinate our team and resources. You take responsibility for planning support cases and the corresponding communication with users, and at the same time, you are not afraid to get hands-on yourself. To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a leadership-oriented, technically skilled, and warm personality.
This is what you can achieve
- Team leadership & coordination: You lead the two-person IT team both professionally and personally, plan deployments, and coordinate incoming support requests (triage, prioritization, and communication).
- Hands-on support: You are the first point of contact for complex technical problems and confidently resolve support cases on-site at the mountain or remotely.
- Ensuring operations: Together with the IT team, you guarantee the smooth operation of the entire ICT infrastructure of Pilatus-Bahnen AG.
- Project management: You actively plan and accompany optimization projects in the area of systems and applications.
- Interface management: You are the central contact person for external IT partners as well as internal specialist departments.

- Foundation: Completed IT training (EFZ) as well as several years of professional experience in the ICT field, ideally complemented by initial experience in leadership or project management.
- Organizational talent: You have experience prioritizing tasks and efficiently coordinating a team.
- Technical expert: You feel at home in Microsoft-based server environments and Microsoft 365. You understand complex dependencies and find pragmatic solutions.
- Service provider: You work in a structured and independent manner and convince with your high service orientation.
- Communication skills: You can convey technical matters understandably and maintain an appreciative interaction with the team and users.
