Mission:
- Set operational objectives within the framework of the strategy approved by the Board of Directors
- Define and drive the industrial and commercial policy of the company
- Adjust staffing according to needs and strategic directions
- Develop annual objectives and budgets
- Identify necessary medium and long-term investments
- Implement the transformation aimed at sustainably optimizing the results of the Technical Management and Infrastructures
Profile:
- Higher education in electrotechnics, complemented by training in business management
- Proven experience (at least 10 years) in a company active in similar fields, with a solid track record in leading operational management functions related to the construction and energy services markets
- Assertive leadership, strategic sense, and long-term vision
- Recognized abilities in team management, change management, organization, and business management
- Strong commercial skills, customer orientation, and ability to develop lasting trust-based relationships
- Analytical and synthetic mindset
- Integrity, availability, and excellent sense of responsibilities
