Deputy Branch Manager / Deputy Market Manager 80 - 100% 

Your Tasks - More than just a job!

• Successful Together: You support the shop management in implementing the corporate strategy as well as achieving budget and cost targets.
• Shaping the Market: You ensure an attractive product presentation, optimal processes, and a positive shopping experience.
• Team Leadership: You are jointly responsible for leading and developing the team.
• Customer Experience: You impress our customers with your expertise and personal commitment.
• Organization & Quality: You ensure that daily processes run smoothly and that our high hygiene and quality standards are maintained.
• Order Management: You monitor stock levels and ensure that there is always enough merchandise available.

Your Profile - What you bring:

• Experience & Qualification: Ideally, you have completed training in retail with a focus on food.
• Leadership Skills: Experience in leading employees and developing teams is desirable.
• Multitasking: You always keep an overview, even when it comes to juggling multiple tasks at the same time.
• IT Skills: You are proficient in using MS Office and inventory management systems, ideally also with SAP R/3.
• Flexibility & Mobility: You are willing to actively support the team on Saturdays and Sundays.
