Your mission:
You advise our clients through regular visits in your sales area. You accurately identify the clients' needs, and you have the intuition for the most suitable solutions. Your challenge will be to increase existing market shares by acquiring new clients and retaining them in the long term. You will benefit from an existing client portfolio that you will maintain, as well as a very good reputation.
Your responsibilities:
- Actively contribute to market analysis and the definition of commercial strategies
- Actively develop sales channels and promotional tools
- Identify, prospect, and win new clients
- Maintain, support, and sustainably develop turnover with existing clients
- Organize, plan, and conduct sales actions in the field to generate new opportunities
Represent the company during promotional activities (fairs, events, presentations)
- Develop and prepare commercial offers ensuring their relevance and quality
Ensure overall supervision of cost, deadline, and quality monitoring of services, in coordination with project managers
Your skills:
- Mechanical or electrical engineer
- Recognized training in marketing and sales
- Proven experience in selling services to industry, ideally in the hydroelectric field
- Excellent organizational and priority management skills
- Good interpersonal skills, communication sense, and strong persuasion ability
- Knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM is an asset
Native French speaker, with excellent knowledge of German and English; Italian is a plus
