Intern Customer Experience Management (all)

• You will become part of our dynamic team and dive deep into the exciting field of Customer Experience – with diverse activities and effective measures at IWB.
• Together with us, you will build customer insights: you collect customer feedback, analyze needs, and take responsibility for your own subprojects.
• Based on data and customer voices, you develop customer journeys that put our customers at the center.
• You drive the topic of Customer Experience forward in the company: from creating convincing communication measures to co-designing innovative event formats.

• You are in the final phase of your bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, psychology, or user experience design (or graduated within the last 12 months).
• The energy industry is undergoing change – and you bring openness, curiosity, and courage to actively shape this transformation process.
• Customer Experience is more than a buzzword for you: customer-centric thinking and acting are your DNA.
• You are very proactive, structured, and like to take responsibility – you can contribute your leadership skills with us from the start.
