Your profile
• You are an organizational talent, practical and solution-oriented
• You have several years of professional experience in this field of activity
• You are open to new things and contribute ideas to optimize work processes
• You have very good technical understanding and a quick grasp
• You have a structured and detail-oriented way of working and are a responsible and service-oriented personality
• You have good German skills, English skills are an advantage

Your tasks
• You prepare the seminar and banquet rooms, including setting up and dismantling tables, chairs, and seminar technology according to the specified setups
• You ensure the availability of technical equipment and assist seminar guests with technical matters 
• You ensure our quality standards
• Cleaning, maintenance, and surrounding area tasks as well as minor errands are part of your lively daily work
• You relieve the team with your proactive and responsible work attitude and thus support your colleagues during high workloads
