HR Manager Learning & Development - 1530 (6 months)
Ensure electricity in Switzerland
Become part of our six-member Learning & Development team. We are the central contact point for all questions related to training, education, and further development. We ensure that our employees learn motivatedly and develop the necessary skills for today and tomorrow.
Your tasks include, among others:
- Analysis of learning needs of various organizational units and development of learning programs, trainings, and development initiatives for all employee levels
- Design, planning, and implementation of coaching, development, and team development programs at company and team level
- Moderation of workshops on leadership and personnel development topics and support of managers in applying modern learning methods
- Creation of interactive eLearnings in collaboration with relevant stakeholders and ensuring content and didactic quality
- Development, organization, and delivery of live trainings (in-person & virtual)
- Use of the LMS and other digital learning platforms for providing, managing, and measuring the success of learning content
- Support in the introduction of new learning technologies
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all learning and development formats

For this position, we are looking for you as a team player with a reliable, structured, and quality-conscious working style and a high competence for the technical leadership of project staff. You bring the following:
- Good knowledge in project management and leading working groups
- Proficient use of the Learning Management System (LMS) and authoring tools (SuccessFactors LMS is an advantage)
- Very good understanding of modern learning methods and technologies
- Proven experience in designing and implementing learning and development initiatives
- Successful collaboration with stakeholders and department heads
- Confident, negotiation-level German language skills
