Are you attracted to a responsible leadership position and want to be the first point of contact for our client, the ZSC Lions, on all matters relating to Facility Services Management? Are you a highly motivated individual who remains steady even on slippery ice?

What awaits you

• Responsible for a professional and flawless operational process of the multi-purpose arena regarding cleaning services and outdoor area maintenance
• Administrative tasks including budget responsibility
• Personnel management of the core team of two directly supervised employees as well as up to 30 directly supervised event cleaners
• Work deployment planning of event cleaners in the interior and exterior areas of the stadium on ZSC Lions match days and other events
• Conducting internal quality controls, responsible for continuous process optimisation and implementing ISS standards
• Active support of the management team in other mandates during the off-season (May to August)
• Garden maintenance and winter service

What you bring

• Completed basic training in cleaning, caretaking, gastronomy or hotel management; further training in facility management, commercial area and/or event management
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience (including leadership and planning of employees)
• Willingness to regularly work evening and weekend shifts for about 50 events per year
• Very good German skills; knowledge of Spanish or Italian is an advantage
• MS Office user skills
• Driving licence category B1
