Lawyer

The General Secretariat is the central hub for the affairs of the Department of Construction and Environment.

For the Legal Service, we are looking for a lawyer starting March 1, 2026, or by agreement

• Independent handling of objection, appeal, and complaint procedures
• Drafting reasoned decisions in the field of planning, construction, and environmental law
• Representation of the department before the cantonal administrative court and the federal court in complaint procedures
• Review of municipal plans and regulations
• Participation in legislative tasks
• Advising offices and authorities

• Completed law degree (lic. iur. or MLaw)
• Good knowledge of administrative law, especially in planning, construction, and environmental law
• Very good verbal expression and editorial skills
• Interest in state-political contexts
• Independence and decisiveness
• Structured and goal-oriented working style
