• Recruitment from creating the advertisement, conducting interviews with supervisors to contract creation and contract handover
• Responsibility for the entire personnel administration including recording and maintaining personnel data in various systems
• Support and advice to our supervisors and employees as well as sparring partner for management in all HR matters
• Accompanying and moderating conflict and termination discussions
• Collaboration and representation in payroll accounting as well as in all areas of social insurance
• Supervision of a commercial apprentice in the 3rd year of training (practical trainer)
• Preparation of data for the salary round as well as preparation of the annual financial statement
• Participation in and/or initiation of HR projects to further develop and optimize HR processes

• Have completed further training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma
• Bring in-depth practical knowledge in operational HR work as well as leadership experience
• Have solid knowledge of Swiss labor law and HR processes
