- Main responsibility biodiversity contributions: registration, data collection, processing, and reductions within the framework of direct payments
- Organization and execution of Q2 controls in the areas of biodiversity, arable BFF, and problem plants (weed infestation) as well as input and management of Q2 certificates
- Processing of legal matters: appeals, reduction orders, exceptional permits
- Further development and digitization of the area in the agricultural information system LAWIS plus
- Collaboration and coordination in the biodiversity department with cantonal specialist offices and participation in cantonal and national committees as well as in projects and training
- Additional enforcement tasks in the area of direct payments by agreement and need
- You have a university or university of applied sciences degree in a scientific field, ideally agronomy
- You have expertise in agricultural enforcement, especially in biodiversity promotion
- Knowledge of administrative structures and processes is an advantage
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and assertiveness
- Strong communication and assertiveness with a solution-oriented work attitude
