What we will accomplish together:

We invite you to join our industrial team, located in Rumilly, near Annecy, which will support you during these few months of internship.

Integrated within an Autonomous Production Unit, your main mission is to support the maturity development of a production workshop in lean.

As such, your tasks are as follows:

ü Lead on-site observations, data collection, and analysis;

ü Implement actions aimed at ensuring the performance improvement of the lines;

ü Take machine cycle times on different manufacturing ranges;

ü Define bottleneck resources by range and by line;

ü Train and support staff;

ü Participate in KAIZEN/SMED/5S projects;

ü Create and update production standards;

ü Coordinate relations between different departments (production, methods, quality, logistics, etc.).

Bring your skills:

ü You are preparing a Bac+4/5 level training with a specialization in industrial engineering and lean, and you want to gain significant experience on an industrial site within a large international group.

ü A natural facilitator capable of bringing out good ideas, you are rigorous, methodical, and have a good team spirit.

ü Previous experience in project mode is appreciated.
