About the job

The Pigna residential group Südweg in Bülach offers 23 living places for people with cognitive impairments. The residents live in shared flats with care in the mornings and evenings as well as night duty. During the day, they are independent or attend the nearby workshop. The goal is as self-determined a life as possible in a social environment.

Job Description

• Accompanying and caring for people with disabilities

• Promoting independence and quality of life

• Working in an interdisciplinary team

• Shift work including night and weekend duties

• Training as FaBe, FaGe or comparable qualification advantageous

Requirements Profile

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ.

• Empathy and enjoyment in working with people.

• Strong social skills.

• Resilience, flexibility and ability to work in a team.

• Knowledge of IT/PC applications.

• Good German language skills, spoken and written.
