We are looking for a Team Leader Housekeeping (80 - 100%) starting January 1, 2026 You will lead a team of 13 employees, organize the housekeeping operations including laundry services, and actively participate. - You have a qualification as a specialist in "Housekeeping", "Facility Maintenance" or "Hotel Housekeeping" and have leadership experience. - You are a service- and team-oriented personality with high social competence and a strong sense of responsibility.- You ensure that cleaning and hygiene processes are professionally implemented and continuously optimized.
- You handle administrative tasks (planning, budgeting, reporting) and participate in cross-departmental projects.
- Ideally, you also have a qualification as a caretaker with a federal professional certificate or a certified facility manager HF.
