Your Challenge
- Supporting Relationship Managers in the care and development of existing client relationships
- Preparation and follow-up of client meetings as well as creation of presentations and client documents
- Assisting in the acquisition of new clients
- Coordination and handling of administrative and client-related tasks
- Close collaboration with internal departments to ensure a high level of service quality
- Gradual assumption of more responsibility with the aim of developing into a Relationship Manager
- Direct client contact
Your Profile
- Completed banking apprenticeship, ideally complemented by specialised further training or a higher business administration qualification (university/fachhochschule)
- SAQ certification or willingness to obtain it
- Convincing and winning demeanour, refined manners and a pronounced service mindset
- High willingness to travel and flexibility should be present
- Sense of responsibility, high initiative, team player qualities as well as a systematic and structured way of working
- Confident German and English skills, both spoken and written; additional foreign language skills are an advantage
