About the job

• Management of the operations workforce with a focus on efficiency, transparency, and scalability
• Development, implementation, and operation of a digital deployment planning for the entire operations to replace manual planning processes
• Product ownership for Genesys including further development of routing, deployment planning, and cross-channel control
• Analysis of capacities, utilization, skills, and performance as a solid basis for decision-making for management and operations

• Very good (technical) university degree with a focus on economics, natural sciences, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in comparable projects or functions in operations or workforce environments
• Product owner experience, ideally with platforms or control systems
• Great passion and strong understanding of operations and their processes, and a pronounced hands-on mentality
• High analytical competence, structured working method, and ability to translate data into effective measures
