In the professional guardianship department in Hochdorf, we are looking for a:
Tasks
Tasks in the overall operational context of the municipal association
- Co-decision-making in operational matters with the professional guardianship department management
- Active participation in business development and quality management
- Targeted, effective, and sustainable completion of assigned tasks, especially the political and operational service mandate
- In the absence of the department head, participation in the management of the Center for Social Affairs
Tasks within the scope of personnel management at the Hochdorf location
- Personnel management, promotion, and support of employees
- Ensuring quality, knowledge transfer, and professional development
- Design of workflows, processes, and data protection concepts
- Collaboration with KESB (e.g., quality circles) and other stakeholders
Tasks in client work
- Managing mandates in child and adult protection
- Safeguarding the legal, financial, and personal interests of clients
- Collaboration with specialist agencies, institutions, and authorities
- Work according to a systemic approach and recognized professional standards (SVBB, universities)
Requirements
- Tertiary degree in law, social work, or psychology
- Additional qualification and/or many years of experience in leadership
- Several years of professional experience in the fields of child and adult protection
- High reliability and resilience
- Conflict and assertiveness skills
- Knowledge in controlling, quality management, and business development
- Integrative, mature, and loyal personality
